I have over 15 years of experience working in or around sales and customer service at a mid or top management level.Most recently, I just completed a contract with PRMG as an offshore liaison between the conventional underwriting team located in India and the domestic account executives. At this role’s conclusion it is now appropriate for me to be considered as one of the nation’s best problem solvers! This stems from my love of advanced analytics (KPI’s).I am described as being able to diagnose and quickly prescribe a course correction. I possess the ability to successfully implement an alternate approach, product, or service to improve your overall performance. That is the heart of my brand. Recently, along with a small team, I was able to successfully transition the entire PRMG conventional underwriting department offshore in just 7 months. Furthermore, I previously served as an Assistant Vice President of Sales at Royal United. In this role I managed a team of fellow licensed loan advisors through the entire sales process. My detailed approach to streamlining our team’s efforts served as a great foundation as I transitioned into a Senior Conventional Underwriter job title. More specifically, I was responsible for credit, income, and property analysis to ensure our investors and government guidelines were being met.This passion for development and synergism has not been limited to the workplace! I also am a youth basketball coach.
