• Supporting the Boeing 787 Reliability Program by investigating major defects, component/system reliability issues and introducing modification programs to increase fleet reliability.
• Providing specialist technical support to the Jetstar Boeing 787 fleet with day-to-day maintenance issues.
• Analysing technical data and providing specialist advice to maintenance and operational personnel.
• Providing Project Management and planning oversight of modification campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Management and control of a strategic heavy maintenance plan for a fleet of over 110 aircraft.
• Modification campaign, scheduled and ‘out of phase’ maintenance management, across the fleet.
• Compliance control of maintenance activity and recording to stringent international and governmental aviation regulations using CMMS and industry applications.
• CMMS and compliance anomaly investigation, in collaboration with Technical Services and Maintenance Programs teams to correct safety related data.
• Liaising with Supply Chain organisations to ensure all equipment, tooling and required parts are available within the specified time frames.

United Kingdom

• Key Responsibilities:
• Managing multi-disciplined maintenance teams in high intensity working environments in the areas of aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, data integrity, personnel training/development, site management and.
• Investigation into safety, maintenance errors and quality escapes to determine the root cause and the implementation of immediate, interim and permanent mitigations.
