I started at Norris Cylinder in the year June 3rd year 1995. Norris Cylinder is my first job and been with this company dedicated since. I first started with this company as a material handler then shortly after I progressed to handstamper , multiple machine operations, maintenance , to Floor management. I've been an experience Floor Manager/ Sr Lead for 14 years. I have high expectations in quality, productivity, meeting customers expectations both internal and external , motivating employees, and giving our company the greatest opportunity to assure we have satisfied customers.
