I oversee two direct reports, responsible for operations across the United States. After a reorganization, I redirected our focus from direct sales to empowering our Account Executive team for independent selling. Additionally, I drive innovation by developing growth strategies and managing pricing, ROI analysis, contract renewals, and overall sales strategy development.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• Leads team in maintaining trusted relationships with over 300 clients. • Provides guidance and support to 30+ Account Executives to reach their sales and renewal targets.• Partners with key SMEs within American Express to ensure robust payment programs are achieved and implemented.
