Since I'm the network technician I help users retrieve pictures and 911 calls from one database and attach them to cases in another, I do help desk tasks and projects with the Director of Court Operations, help the Network Administrator with finishing migration from the Novell environment to a Windows Active Directory environment and the tasks that go along with it, administer a library of images from Symantec Ghost, run Crystal Reports daily into .pdf format for the users to do daily tasks, and finally burn CDs and DVDs for the users as well as print pictures in full color for their cases.

Ran a discovery script that allowed to look into the user's data and to ensure little to no problems would occur during the migration process and documented the information into Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio applications. Migrated users from the Novell environment to the Windows Active Directory Environment. Migrated user's e-mail system from the Mercury / Pegasus system to the new Exchange / Outlook system. Helped users adjust to the new environment by giving them basic tutorials of the changes with the new systems. And finally logged all my daily information into a Microsoft Sharepoint web application to show management my daily tasks.
