Foi responsável pelo crescimento em 50% da participação do mercado do Click21 em 2006, alem de elevar o ARPU dos clientes em 34 %.

Alliances and Marketing Director - Responsible for Unisys relationship with its main partners such as Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, and Nortel. He develops and structures business plans with these partners strengthening the alliances and generating business deals. He is also responsible for all the division marketing initiatives.Director - Responsible for structuring a company in joint venture with the Federal Government to manage the government procurement activities through the Internet using a portal called COMPRASNET. He developed the project marketing and commercial plans and settled important partnerships for the business development. He was also responsible for managing the operational and sales teams and the company management with its shareholders. He had all the responsibilities regarding budget and management being subordinated to an executive counsel containing representatives of the shareholders companies, but with total cash flow responsibility.

CTO /VP Client /Services - Responsible for the Bank of America’s relationship area for its corporate customers. He also advised the board of directors regarding technology concerns that could impact the business, acting always as a support to the bank business areas to close deals and in the relationship maintenance with those customers.CTO – Responsible to help Bank of America regarding investments decisions related to technology area. He was co-responsible for creating and structuring a technology fund for the Bank (Venture Capital activities). He was also responsible for structuring the holding company that made the investments and developed partnerships. The main responsibility was to advise the bank about investments and to participate as counselor in invested companies.

Director - Responsible for creating the Internet business operation at Unisys Corporation Brazil. This operation became a company in 1997 called Unisys Network (UNINet). He had full responsibility in commercial, operational and financial management (P&L). At UNINet he had the experience of setting up IDCs (Internet Data Centers) in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, that became the first Brazilian IDCs. He coordinated the company and its three main branches and their data centers (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasília), as well as the franchises distributed in several states of the country. He was responsible for the first corporate wide scale Internet service provider in the country. He was in charge of the corporate project team, closing partnerships with national and international companies thus creating a consulting and a Managed Security Services Provider.
