For a pharmaceutical company, Mr. Thompson led a team of 3 to develop the SAP OTC, PTS, BTC, PTP, and QM conceptual materials, work instructions, exercises, and online assessments to support end user training for a Phase 1 SAP implementation. Additionally, Mr. Thompson supported the Change Management activities for the PTP and QM areas.For an international research and laboratory support company, Mr. Thompson developed the SAP MM and PP training and communication plans for a large-scale SAP implementation, with about 4,000 end users across 21 locations in 10 countries. He led the role mapping effort for SAP MM and PP. Mr. Thompson also developed the conceptual materials, job aids, and exercises to support end user training for SAP MM and PP. Additionally, Mr. Thompson was the RWD uPerform server and website administrator.For a global pharmaceutical company, Mr. Thompson managed the change management, communications, and end user training for the Canada SAP implementation. Mr. Thompson was responsible for performing a stakeholder assessment, developing and implementing both a communication and end user training plan, and ensuring all communications and end user training materials were translated in accordance to Quebec law. He was also responsible for several change management deliverables including a change impact assessment for the reduction in work force, managing an SAP Road Show, and coordinating knowledge transfer sessions between Canada and the US. Mr. Thompson managed the development, scheduling, and delivery of SAP FICO, BW, SRM, and J.D. Edwards end user training in Canada and the US. He also developed and delivered the Train the Trainer program.
