-Brainstorm and suggest innovative solutions to solve various problem statements.-Ensure timely execution of all operational tasks.-Manage a diverse team of data entry freelancers.-Implement and suggest solutions to improve data execution processes.-Lead and execute market research projects.-Build solutions for effective panel management.-Collaborate with teams to design and develop online data dashboards.-Project manage ad-hoc software projects assigned to outsourced vendors.-Work closely with other AMPD/MPA team members in Singapore, Hong Kong, and India (as required and/or instructed).

-Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to management-Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality-Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems-Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets-Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems-Work with management to prioritize business and information needs-Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

•Planning, organizing and directing data processing activities.•Consult with staff and senior management to assess organizational needs, and then conduct feasibility studies to determine the best course to achieve them•Producing cost estimates for hardware and software•Oversee server systems and troubleshoot problems and design solutions with IT suppliers•Preparing and presenting reports related to data processing operations and interfacing with external vendors.•Responsible for overall computer operations.

•Acts as the first point of contact for all Hitwise Internal Clients, responding to standard requests, incidents, recommending solutions and initiating corrective actions. •Website classification and categorization, using internal proprietary tools and also mobile devices. •Provide 1st level troubleshooting for incidents including identifying bugs in the product, data trending and anomalies.•Works within the team to drive End to End Management, Knowledge base and other process improvement initiatives. •Monitoring and evaluation of solutions to ensure valid problem solving.•Keep abreast of enhancements, new applications and system developments. •Maintain high level of expertise on Hitwise products by working closely with development, product management and QA teams.•Act as a knowledge source for Hitwise data queries.•Communicate complex information in simplified manner to the business & clients.•Resolve data queries across Hitwise.
