•Acts as the first point of contact for all Hitwise Internal Clients, responding to standard requests, incidents, recommending solutions and initiating corrective actions. •Website classification and categorization, using internal proprietary tools and also mobile devices. •Provide 1st level troubleshooting for incidents including identifying bugs in the product, data trending and anomalies.•Works within the team to drive End to End Management, Knowledge base and other process improvement initiatives. •Monitoring and evaluation of solutions to ensure valid problem solving.•Keep abreast of enhancements, new applications and system developments. •Maintain high level of expertise on Hitwise products by working closely with development, product management and QA teams.•Act as a knowledge source for Hitwise data queries.•Communicate complex information in simplified manner to the business & clients.•Resolve data queries across Hitwise.

• Establishes and maintains data processing and computer code files• Edits,submits and writes computer programs and scripts (using advance VB language)• Formulating data processing procedures• Takes care of keeping good archive of the complete projects and tasks• Providing statistical support in generating and compiling accurate statistics• Responsible for ensuring optional data quality by conducting regular quality analysis• Generate data in ASCII,SPSS,Dimension(ddf) and CSV format. • Assisting in the coordination and conduct of research projects on key areas of interest• Assisting in Excel macro,pivot table and VLookup to generate report.
