-Authorised Distributor for Testing & Measurements Equipment-Manage technical and commercials for sectors such as Electronics, F&B, Manufacturing & Hospital Healthcare in Testing & Measurement environment-Provide the correct solution to meet customer's technical specifications with fast turnaround time

- Manage new product introduction (NPI) & continuous improvementprojects (Coating - PVD)- Conduct training for operations personnel in transition to MR phase- Coordinate evaluation activity for optimization and feasibility of method in projects-Troubleshooting and provide RCA as part of production support

-Provide acceptable and competitive tool cost and part cost to customer via outsourcing and tracking on market value -Pre planning and communicate with customer and internal related department on customer expectation via creating Design for Manufacturing DFM -Work closely with Toolroom based on DFM approved to meet the lead time and customer requirement & expectation on product mostly on functionality and cosmetically.-Support customer build plan before production and troubleshoot quality issue with the team and preparation of 8D-Provide full details based on history and prepare related documents to internal production and quality team to further proceed for SOR phase.
