I’m a licensed professional engineer in Washington, formerly licensed in Illinois and Florida. My career in public-sector infrastructure spans nearly thirty years, punctuated by various chapters of my education.I’ve spent much of that time building, designing, and managing the design of highways and highway systems. Since 2010, I’ve devoted my career to transit-focused design, with a focus in managing the design of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems.Over the years, I’ve also gained critical expertise in computer programming, application development, technical writing, market research, networking, training, and mentoring. I even picked up an MBA along the way and learned a thing or two about strategic planning, leadership & motivation, and operations management.
