As a senior electrical engineer, I bring nearly three decades of experience in the industry, providing server design, server implementation, datacenter design, team management, SDLC and ITIL implement process services. While at Birch Telecom, Inc., I helped design a new datacenter as well as purchase the cabinets, lay out the floor design and balance power requirements for 20A and 30A server cabinet implementations. Since that initial project, Mr. Moses has gone on to work with many utilities in addressing their communication design and computing infrastructure needs. Mr. Moses has performed in projects that include substation SCADA device configuration, query building for utility proprietary databases, asset health management, rural broadband community analysis and many years of troubleshooting network management software issues. Mr. Moses has spent the last three years creating configurations for SCADA devices operating in substations and the managing projects.
