Developed S.T.E.M. curriculum for High Schools and Middle School students focused on Computer Science skills based on instructional design best practices that promote connections between S.T.E.M. and social justice.

Managed National Sales Team of 8 of members for premier Diversity and Inclusion Magazine. Led a 300% growth of the sales department. Improved sales policies and practices, defined the sales cycle, created accurate job descriptions, and developed standards for customer relationship management. Developed, tested, and implemented product marketing designs. Led trials, analyzed market & customer research.

Managed a staff of 31 change agents in Atlanta’s first community-based startup in pre-weatherization training and mentorship initiative. Engaged over 500 homes in Fulton County, installing over 5,500 CFLs and 301 low flow water kits for modest means communities with actualized savings of more than $2.5 million return to households in the City of Atlanta. Developed Pre-Weatherization Training Curriculum used during the Educational/Training phase of the program. Applied for, acquisitioned, and managed over $125,000 in grant funding. Led the Home Performance and Assessment Corps for 50 high school students and 10 HBCU mentors, a program that focused on developing environmental intelligence and providing instruction in the Energy Efficiency and Building Performance Industries.
