As a Service Desk Analyst, I was assisting employees within the company with both Windows and Mac laptops and docking stations, Office 365 software, SalesForce services, LogMeIn services such as GoToMeeting, and other additional web based and desktop based software, which included account setup & provisioning, performing Exchange and Active Directory changes and modifications to distribution and security groups, email forwarding rules, provisioning of new users and removal of old users.
