GENERATIVE AI and NLP1. Data Management Automation with LLM: Spearheaded the development of a custom LLM-powered solution, enhancing data management processes by automating the loading of new data sources with auto-recognition of applicable Data quality rules. Implemented an AI agent capable of extracting insights from databases using natural language, generating ETL, and data quality reports. This innovation significantly increased work efficiency, reduced costs, and improved the accuracy of data loading and the user experience, enabling non-technical users to utilise the platform effectively. Elevating Talent Management with LLMs: Key developer in the integration of GPT-driven features for an American edtech startup's talent management platform revolutionizing the way CVs and candidate information are processed. Implemented AI capabilities for extracting and structuring data from PDF CVs and chat interactions, alongside generating customized CVs through interactive dialogue. Managed the design of LLM-based features and backend architecture, overseeing development, code reviews, and client communications.3. Large-Scale Document Extraction: Build custom NER models for extracting various metadata from PDF documents. Deployed these models on AWS Sagemaker.COMPUTER VISION1. Build a product for medical image classification. This consists of multiple deep-learning models making predictions on sequences of images, combining results, and serving results through API. I have been the main contributor to this project. I was in charge of training all the classification and segmentation models, setting up software for annotations, communicating results and labelling guidance with medical experts. 2. Text extraction from scanned documents in multiple languages and various image qualities. Because of the project's large scale (millions of documents), I have also focused on runtime optimization to cut AWS costs.
