Building and nurturing partnerships is what I love to do best! As a Program Analyst for the state of Oregon, I work with a diverse team of Business Specialists to listen and respond to our businesses, educational/training institutions, and community-based organizations. As part of WorkSource Oregon, a statewide network of public (Oregon Employment Department) and private partners dedicated to stimulating job growth and community development, I promote connections between businesses and workers with the resources they need to succeed. I come to Oregon by way of the Philippines and Australia. Before I moved to the USA, I connected people and businesses in Australia with development projects in the Philippines. I thrive in roles that get people and projects successfully collaborating and creating synergy together. I enjoy visually capturing ideas and can be counted on to conduct interviews, create presentations, and craft articles with enthusiasm and a facilitative spirit.My facilitative spirit is honed by my commitment to lifelong personal and professional development through North Star Facilitators, where I am part of a Diversity Cohort that is intentional with inclusive and equitable practices in facilitation design, coordination, and implementation.
