Over my tenure, I've been instrumental in fostering collaborations with healthcare professionals and translating complex scientific knowledge to support clinical needs. Our work pushes the science of cancer research and ensures evidence-based care is at the forefront of our clinical strategies.As director of Medical Affairs’ field team, I've proudly contributed to the hiring, training, and mentoring of new MSLs with attention to individualized professional growth. I've developed core oncology training competencies that are crucial for medical and commercial team development. I have informed departmental and organizational strategy and played a critical role in creation of external content for KOL and patient presentation. I have led our IST/IIT initiatives and presented to the organization for scientific discussion and decision-making. I have worked independently in medical information, creating standard response letters, providing compliant responses to medical inquiries, and synthesizing requests for internal insight generation.As the advocacy lead for non-commercial activities, I have established relationships with advocacy groups, conducted patient focus groups, advocated for specific legislation in the Senate and Congress, and collaborated with our commercial advocacy team to strategize how to maximize the output of these initiatives. My commitment to better patient outcomes is reflected in our collaborative efforts with advocacy groups, enhancing our engagement with the oncology community.
