I am a highly motivated person, and I always set high goals for myself. Once I have set out to achieve my goal I work extremely hard to make sure that I exceed them. My primary goal in life is to learn as much as possible from my peers while also having the opportunity to help others with their career aspirations, both professionally and personally. It does not matter how big or small it might seem, everyone needs someone to get the job done. You don't need to be an expert to do your job, you simply can succeed by collaborating and being proactive.
