- Managed signature mental health programs, events, and trainings throughout the state     - Supervised the coordination of mental health awareness trainings delivered to over 2,200 schools in Georgia in partnership with the Georgia Department of Education - Developed processes and established infrastructure to improve programming and output   - Managed employee relations including interviewing, talent development, corrective coaching, and progressive discipline

- Participated in a government leadership program to implement statewide service-learning initiatives focused on education, health, and economics- Participated in four initiatives:- Served as debate coach; coordinated debate program for 25 middle school students at Title I school in Birmingham, AL- Supervised an Advanced Placement summer enrichment program serving high school students - Managed a VITA free tax preparation clinic; received Advanced-level IRS tax preparation certification- Conducted vision screenings and led volunteers as part of a team that screened 37,000+ preschool aged children
