Another key part of my position relates to our annual AGM 2013 meeting which happens over a four day period and involves numerous seminars, events, dinners and luncheons and also some recreational activity's. I am responsible for all of the attendees bookings; which involves a great attention to detail for each individual activity to be booked independently along with accommodations in different hotels.
