- Plan and organize social events and workshops- Ensure all events are successful and cost-effective as well as adhere to all budget guidelines and other deadlines - Coordinating appropriate staff and activities needed on event day - Collaborate with DCS and other MSU Clubs to increase campus presence - Work with individuals from various corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies - Manage all aspects of event operations including developing and maintaining relationships with our vendors and other service providers - Develop a delegate package and event itineraries that are distributed to both students and faculty - Relevant Skills: Ability to multi-task and manage a team, time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.- Sponsorship outreach and financial planning with new sponsors

- Coordinate and oversee the day-of wedding activities, ensuring a seamless flow of events- Direct wedding rehearsals to ensure all participants are familiar with the ceremony proceedings- Liaise with vendors, venue, and staff to adhere to timelines and quality standards- Manage wedding logistics, including setup of ceremony and reception sites- Ensure all wedding elements (decor, music, catering) align with the couple's vision- Address and resolve any unforeseen issues or emergencies on the wedding day- Facilitate communication between the bridal party, family members, and vendors- Oversee the wedding timeline, from ceremony start to the conclusion of the reception- Provide concierge-level service to the couple, offering calm and guidance throughout the day
