-Coordinate and manage the Community Standards process on campus with a focus on equity and fairness.-Develop and implement restorative and educational sanctions and case outcomes.-Supervise, train, support and provide oversight to hearing officers.-Investigate, assess and assign Community Standards cases to appropriate individuals.-Manage Board Hearings including the administrative management, recruitment and training, and serve as the Hearing Administrator.- Oversee the Student of Concern Committee - Oversee the Threat Assessment Team -Manage high level conflict resolution matters.-Develop and deliver trainings for community members on Community Standards, Bystander Intervention, conflict resolution and being a positive community member.-Maintain a current and accurate understanding of Federal, State, and Local Laws including Title IX, Clery, VAWA, and associated mandates.-Work in conjunction with the Title IX Officer on matters involving student issues -Serve on-call in rotation with Dean of Students for student emergencies.-Serve on departmental, divisional, and campus-wide committees -Utilize Maxient for processing of all reports and cases.
