Senior Customer Success Manager
Current• Establish relationships with existing customers, listen carefully to their stories, and discover/address root issues to ensure understanding and adoption of their Riverbed software solutions, maximize ROI, and encourage expansion. • Regularly meet with Engineering, Product Management, Support, Sales, Global CSM team, Professional Services, Data Scientists, and others to strategize on ways to continually improve the customer experience.• Collaborate with account owners on quarterly presentations to customer sponsors to ensure they understand their ROI and plans for continued improvement.• Develop technical collateral designed to improve the customer experience by increasing education and adoption of the purchased software solutions.• Mentor new CSMs to ensure we follow a consistent process for meeting and developing relationships with account teams and customers.
