In every role, I have enjoyed working with teams on clarifying and quantifying processes and information to improve understanding, resolve issues, and identify areas of redundancy. The grass roots effort and analysis required to bring order to chaos is challenging, but richly rewarded by improvements in efficiency, confidence, and team morale, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business. In my current role as Customer Success Manager, I establish relationships with existing customers, listen carefully to their stories, and discover/address root issues to ensure understanding and adoption of their Riverbed solutions, maximize their ROI, and encourage expansion. This role is central to the business so I enjoy collaborating with the best and brightest within Riverbed to continually improve the customer's experience.
