- Researched the correlation between cognitive behavioral therapy groups and restorative justice theory Second Chance's youth clients.- Worked with Urban Garden staff to develop and implement pre- and post- feedback surveys with two client cohorts.- Presented findings to Second Chance management team and offered recommendations on how increase youth autonomy over their urban garden.
