My real estate career has grown over 16 years, not only in the deals I have been involved with but in my dedication. I began as a sales associate, then went on to obtain my broker's license. The desire to build a home after working with builders for some time, intrigued me so I got my construction managment certificate and built a home from foundation up. Thankfully, the sale was a success. I always had the desire to do title work as well. I found it interesting hearing about the issues that came up and had to be cleared before a closing, so I now have a Title Producer license in NJ. The more I learn about the real estate industry, the more valuable an agent I become for my clients. I have passion. My recent accomplishment was writing a book titled "You can't make this stuff up", behind the scene of real estate. The reviews I have received have been terrific. Contact me for a copy!
