These Android Mobile apps provide users online and in-store shipping on their mobile devices - phone, tablet, and computer - as well as making it easier to redeem reward points and bonus offers in addition to a dedicated “Shop” section and simpler navigation. Project Summary: I was assigned as an Engineering Manager to an Android development team responsible for maintaining Food Lion, GIANT, Giant Food, Martin’s, and Food Lion applications to a single mono-repo and adding new features and functions to the mono-repo. The team worked in an Agile Scrum environment with bi-weekly sprints and daily Scrum. My role included assisting in Sprint planning and assisting with backlog tickets. As well as reviewing developers' work, mentoring developers in best practices, and ensuring that workloads were balanced. Since joining, app ratings have increased from 3 stars to 4 stars and maintained crash-free reports at 98% or higher with each release.

I was assigned to an Android development team that is responsiblefor migrating Walmart Mexico and Walmart Canada Legacy applications to a singlemono-repo and adding new features and functions to the mono-repo. As well as monitoring FirebaseAnalytic Reports and Splunk Reports for application issues such as app crashes anderror reports based on end-user actions.
