I am a founding member of the Blue Beyond Consulting team and work with clients on strategic visioning and planning, employee engagement programs, change management planning and execution, internal and executive communications and meeting design and facilitation to drive business initiatives that support the development and effectiveness of organizations.Some example projects include:-Developing and implementing global employee engagement programs and culture change efforts-Creating internal brand strategies and campaigns-Executing global employee surveys in partnership with survey vendors – i.e., question development, survey communications, analysis, reporting, and follow-up planning-Facilitating strategic planning processes-Serving as the change and/or communications lead for major internal changes (e.g., internal divestiture, M&A, business process re-engineering, IT system implementations)-Facilitating team building and strategy/planning offsites-Planning, supporting and producing global employee meetings, leadership meetings, sales kick-off events, and partner summits-Supporting executives' internal communications efforts (e.g., CEO, CIO, Sales Execs, Engineering Execs)

My passion for travel and women's leadership inspired me to found World Beyond Tours where I partnered with a network of collaborators around the world to organize meaningful personal, professional, and leadership development experiences through unique small-group travel adventures.My efforts are currently on hold due to family obligations, but I plan to one day continue this endeavor by organizing occasional global leadership development experiences.

I served as a lead researcher at Melcrum Publishing for the Strategic Communication Research Forum – a private benchmarking group comprised of internal communication executives at large, global companies. I completed in-depth, best-practice research and co-authored the reports: "Employee Engagement: How to build a high-performance workforce" and "Effective Communication From the Top: The definitive research report on how to improve senior leadership communication."
