As a creative leader at the world's largest indoor rodeo, I directed an in-house creative department responsible for applying the visual identity of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo across multiple print and digital media throughout a large and varied organization.This involved collaborating with cross-functioning teams that include marketing and communications, public relations, event organizers, merchandisers and sponsorships in order to create compelling content that promotes our brand and core values and communicating with various vendors to coordinate the execution of print and digital deliverables.Accomplishments:Refreshed branding, allowing for greater variety of design while preserving visual identity;Developed a project management system in Monday.com to organize more than 550 annual graphic requests from 68 individuals in 17 departments across the organization;Introduced new digital media formats into branded design assets;Hired, trained and mentored junior designers and interns.
