Collaborates with clients and suppliers on program specifics to create and manage program timelines while communicating effectively to all parties throughout and discuss program results for future recommendations. Conducts regular status meetings with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure a flawless execution for each promotion. Meet and exceed client and leader expectations on metrics that are critical and relevant to the business (e.g. time, budget, cost savings and audit) and ensure that campaigns meet legal and policy requirements. Support my Account Supervisor on team initiatives, delegate work to Account Coordinators effectively, mentor and train other employees both on and off my immediate team and provide constructive feedback across all levels. Take over programs that have been escalated and communicate key learnings from challenging situations to prevent similar issues in the future across the team. I am the SME for sampling, secondary pack and fulfillment programs across the US and Canada teams. I update processes, lead the team in training and implementing those strategies, connect with relevant suppliers for collaboration, innovation and to ensure they are meeting expectations and act as a point of reference for any questions on those tactics across all accounts.
