BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- Develop business with new leads and enhance existing relationships through calls and emails- Qualifying new clients on their business and role requirements- Answer all questions and concerns of clients regarding Terms and Conditions, Invoicing, Process andServices- Identify requirements by working with the clients to develop job descriptions- Track applicant flow and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, helpcollect and analyze recruitment data- Sending quotations and Service Agreements to clients- Sending job offer requests to the contracts team- Introducing client relations executive to the client and the staff for onboarding2.
