As CEO of Emergenetics International, I set the strategic direction of the organization to empower teams to simplify human connection and build positive, productive workplaces. I’m passionate about honoring Emergenetics’ core values and supporting the company’s culture and employees.I bring more than 15 years of experience in strategic leadership and 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal, human resource director and director of education. I am most energized when I’m facilitating workshops and sharing the power of Emergenetics with others. My work with Emergenetics International started long before officially joining the company. While working in the third largest school district in the state of Colorado, I began implementing Emergenetics and STEP within my school to help faculty and students achieve better outcomes as well as maximize student engagement. It was there that I saw first-hand how powerful and transformative our development tools are for adults, youth, teams and organizations.
