At EarnUp, I was hired on as a consultant for the position of Project Manager/Marketing Operations Manager for a new program that the company was launching in partnership with Freddie Mac and GreenPath referred to as the Homebuyer Readiness Program. Through my time there, my position morphed gradually starting first in a marketing lens then pivoting to more of an operations standpoint. My position was nestled between four departments in which I became the middleman for communications; Operation, Marketing, Partnerships and Product. This job position was terminated due to company wide cut backs in relation to COVID-19. My Management responsibilities at EarnUp included: Marketing - creating marketing content, sending and creating email campaigns with Mailchimp, monitoring Facebook Ads engagement, reporting on data analytics, supporting team members in the creation of Advertisements, tracking customer engagement within the enrollment funnel, etc. Operations - Assuring that the programs were running as designed, reporting on product/platform errors, handling escalated customer cases, working in tandem with Customer Happiness team to maintain exceptional customer experiences, working with product team to incorporate needed system changes, Working with Operations team to create systems and communication strategies between departments, communication and reporting analytics to company partners, Etc.

Cirquedelic is a circus performance art collective that originates in the San Francisco Bay Area. I initially maintained a performer position for a variety of events. While working as a performer I gained extensive knowledge of cosmetics, costuming, design, team management and event coordination. Over the years my responsibilities gradually increased when we began to create our own events. Amongst other shows, our collective held a monthly event that would have new themes each month accompanied by new performances or acts, artists, live DJ's and musicians. Not only was I a performer, I also was a choreographer, cosmetic coordinator, and costume designer. My experience with this collective was incredibly valuable for my creative growth and drive to continue my business knowledge.
