In the role of Software Licensing Specialist, I work with Public and Private sector companies to assist with their software needs. Working with a designated number of customers to handle their software licensing requests, maintain ongoing relationships and provide outstanding customer service. The inbound customer relationship role is also expected to negotiate cost of renewals and additional licenses with software manufacturers on behalf of the customer. I was also responsible for ensuring that customer service level arrangements and expected deliverables are handled effectively on a consistent basis. Working closely with the client managers and outside sales to drive upsell opportunities for designated accounts, provide product demonstrations, host meetings, build reports and have a stronger customer facing role.

In my role with Sales in the Major Projects at Anixter, I was responsible for contact with the customers. Preparing quotations, assisting customers with product knowledge, product design and placing orders.
