-Responsible for assisting the team's Head Equipment Manager in his duties, which included preparing the locker rooms for team training sessions and for game days, having the team uniforms ready, ordering their food and nutritional needs, and storing and transporting soccer equipment to and from the stadium.-Supervised the transportation of athletic equipment to off-campus events and to oversee the proper setup of equipment in home games.-Responsible for taking care of the team's soccer equipment such as balls, cones, bibs, goalies, and uniforms.-Worked closely with coaching staff, athletic directors, and their staffs to ensure the team has their needs and preparations for games and events.-Assisting in the heat-pressing of uniforms.-Responsible for taking the team's luggage to and from the airport.-Supervised laundry and locker room maintenance.

-Responsible for supervising setup and tear down of all USL Home, preseason and exhibition games, as well as any special events that happen at our stadium, such as Beer Fests, Kid's Camp Days, and public scrimmage sessions.-Responsible for supervising public player signings, media conferences, and public player meet and greets.-Responsible for ensuring that our stadium and practice fields are at their best and properly maintained. If any such issues arose I would contact groundskeeper crews to repair the fields.-Responsible for ensuring that our soccer stadium is up-and-running by game time, which consists of raising of goal nets, making sure sponsor banners and signages were up, setting up player benches, and that food vendors were at their established locations.-Provided leadership and supervised the game day crew in their stadium assignments.-Supervised the activity of about 10 crew day workers in their mission to setup the stadium for our home games.-Supervised our game-day staff to ensure ticket scanning was happening effectively, that ushers were helping people to their seats, and that ballboys were doing their job smoothly. -Responsible for communicating with the sales and marketing team and by helping them promote the team in order to to bring in new fans at events we would call Activation Events.-Responsible for representing the team at non-stadium events, where we would occasionally promote the purpose and goals of the team at City of Irvine gatherings and public events.
