The Case Investigator and Contact Tracing Manager provides leadership responsibility and accountability for the statewide COVID-19 response operations including interviewing 67,000 positive Covid -19 cases in 10 months. Responsibilities include support of local health jurisdictions with case investigation and contact tracing, as well as, providing onboarding, oversight, and direction to over 600 hundred contracted CICT partners and Supervisors and directly managing 4 Supervisors and 100 Contact Tracers and Case Investigators. Researches, develops, assesses, and revises policies, protocols, and guidelines for Covid-19 response. Collaborates with quality assurance to provide training and technical assistance to users on correct documentation in new and existing data systems and ensure high quality data collection on interviews and assessments of the contact tracing process. Develops, implements, and evaluates strategies that strengthen state- wide case and contact investigations. Recommends organizational structure and process improvements to accommodate growth and plan for changes in process and capacity. Assesses training needs of team and arranges for or provides appropriate professional development opportunities. Compiles and reviews result for and with the team, and individual team members to assess progress and target work to achieve outcomes. Ensures appropriate coordination and communication with internal stakeholder groups. Provides consultation and reporting of concerning situations and urgent resource needs to Washington State Department of Health

Contracted by the Washington State Department of Health, the Washington COVID-19 Contact Tracing Partnership (WA-CCTP) is a collaborative effort with Allegis (Aerotek), Mathematica, and Comagine to interrupt the transmission of Covid-19 in the state of Washington.As part of the opening team of supervisors on this project, I played a crucial role in getting the first group of contact tracers trained, comfortable, and effective in reaching out to those effected by the Covid-19 virus throughout the state of Washington. Daily tasks include leading daily huddles to motivate and support staff, assigning cases/ contacts to team members, reading data analytic reports to cater training and improve metrics, resolving and preventing QA returns, providing emotional support to staff after difficult calls. By reaching and exceeding our daily metrics we are assisting the Washington State Department of Health and playing a major role in slowing the transmission of Covid-19 in our state.

At WaterDaddy, we provide top of the line water treatment solutions to residential homes. As the call center manger, I oversaw the appointment setting duties for the 3 company branches in Spokane, Seattle, and Boise and led a team of 7-12 agents to top performing company numbers. Our call center team reached out to warm and cold leads to set up water analysis appointments with our sales representatives. A historic company high 40% sales closure rate was achieved through my teams qualified and excited appointments. By implementing efficient practices and coaching members of the team to successfully manage and overcome objections, we were able to improve profits while saving on marketing costs. Creating a thorough lead tracking and follow up process, assured a persistent pipeline of leads and all possible appointment conversions were captured. Skills in CRM, Excel, Contivio telephony systems, calendars were used to create reports and analyze data metrics. . These efforts assisted WaterDaddy in constantly competing for the #1 Hague water dealership in the country and breaking multiple monthly sales records.
