I routinely prepare sales and purchasing reports to make informed decisions that will increase profitability.Prior to holding the Operations Manager position, I began as a Sales Agent and was more actively serving our customers directly by addressing their needs through exceptional customer service.I have a vigorous background in customer service by training with one of the leading world-class service providers in the world, Bank of America.Outside of work I have a passion for the great outdoors as well as traveling. Sandy beaches, camping, biking, and skiing, are some of my favorite things to do.
