At Deloitte, I have developed projects in management and operations consulting areas, including:- Integrated Planning Processes: Comprehensive reevaluation of existing integrated planning processes (including demand, supply, production and inventory planning) to capitalize the ERP functionalities. It included analyzing the current state of the solution and the extent of process coverage, mapping how processes were being executed both within and outside the solution, and systematizing the pain points to identify potential gaps. Additionally, improvement initiatives were defined and a roadmap for their implementation was developed- Supply Chain Product Owner: Collaboration with business owners to understand requirements for identified improvements (e.g., building interfaces with external systems to automate data retrieval, custom logic development, RPA) and translating these into actionable features for the technical team. The role also included prioritizing and planning development cycles to align with company objectives and monitoring processes to ensure correct implementation-Go-to-market Strategy: Conducting a market study to assess the potential of two markets for the internationalization of Portuguese natural stone companies and defining the appropriate go-to-market strategy. The study address aspects such as market demand, competition and regulations, aiming to guide companies in making strategic decisions for their international expansion

It involved a diagnostic assessment to identify improvement opportunities and provided support for process redefinition based on objectives, best practices, and specific improvement initiatives- Low-code Applications: Worked alongside the business team and the technical team on the development of low-code applications to streamline and optimize diverse operational and administrative processes including stock management and order management from the stores to the central warehouse, supplier billing, management of external transport services. It involved a thorough analysis of the process flow and identification of technical and functional requirements, that were transformed into user stories that served as the baseline for the agile sprints of development- Market Research: Construction of the future vision for the production development of agricultural products, based on the current economic and social environment and benchmark analysis

My first job after college was in a highly dynamic environment where, due to the company structure, I was entrusted with and led various high-value activities for our clients:- Training sessions on Lean Management for employees- Meetings with top management to ensure their support and engagement- Managed 1-week 5S workshops on-site with teams of 5-10 people- Applied Lean tools for production process analysis and optimization- Data analysis and insights extraction with Excel and Power BI- Implemented a structured meeting framework (3 levels) with defined KPIs and leadership standards- Redesigned layouts to reduce waste and improve efficiency

My ability to face challenges put me in a position of managing several projects and tasks in parallel. In addition, the continuous identification of opportunities and problems in customers requires a constant search for new knowledge to be able to respond. In parallel with the course, I joined a tutoring center where I tutored secondary school students. In this period, I helped with a high success rate, students to achieve their academic goals, namely with regard to national exams. I developed my ability to communicate effectively, share knowledge and deal with people, both parents and students.
