Plan Implementation Representative
Current- Responsible for easing the amendment process for a national association’s multiple employer Defined Benefit and 401(k) Plans.
- Ensures retirement program changes complies with both Federal and State regulations and the association’s policies.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients by providing analytical and technical support. Counsels Employers about their retirement programs.
- Works closely with Actuarial and Legal Compliance staff in preparing defined benefit plan proposals for past service liabilities, benefit upgrades, and special retirement offers.
- Facilitates the adoption of accepted proposals leading the implementation process by coordinating inputs from various departments to ensure that all systems are appropriately updated and the payment for past service.
- Served as a subject matter expert during the DB Plan administration system conversion. Provided insight during the design stage and created test case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End Testing..
