I assemble teams of consultants for new client-facing projects. This entails building and maintaining relationships with consultants to help them achieve their personal and professional goals while also partnering with and influencing leadership to ensure that the consultants we staff deliver on client needs. Any given week we are staffing multiple projects in parallel, and I enjoy the process of navigating this puzzle while ensuring that all involved feel good about the outcome and results are achieved. I also lead the social impact program by identifying goals, crafting strategy, implementing campaigns and logistics, and assessing impact of new philanthropic programs and office-wide volunteer activities-Oversee all coordination and placement of consultants on open projects across the West Coast offices, working with 70+ consultants, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to help them navigate the staffing process and make the most of their careers-Manage the project pipeline, staffing up to 15 projects per week in a fast-paced environment while working to balance individuals’ personal and professional development with competing needs of clients and internal stakeholders-Lead local Social Impact Committee, implementing new philanthropic programs and coordinating office-wide volunteer activities-Drive the summer intern staffing program for 60+ interns by collecting intern preferences, coordinating with teams to find opportunities on their projects, and tracking each intern’s learning, development, and satisfaction with their summer experience-Part of a launch team for a new interactive database to centralize all aspects of the staffing function-Conduct monthly new hire orientation for up to 30 employees, presenting to the full group on staffing and running introductory 1:1’s-Support recruiting efforts by leading information sessions and conducting individual follow-up conversations with candidates

-Produced and distributed weekly staffing assignment report for senior leadership capturing revenue and capacity of 300+ consultants-Implemented and managed the process of recruiting consultants from international BCG offices to join West Coast projects as needed, doing introductory calls, collecting performance information, pitching them to West Coast teams, and helping them to relocate-Maintained and updated the Staffing Online database system

-Responsible for primary monthly report and deck for West Coast leadership highlighting the progress on various people support initiatives impacting the West Coast Organization of 300+ consultants-As part of a global team, launched a new survey tool to track employees’ well-being, improve employee morale and decrease employee turnover -Performed Executive Assistant roles and responsibilities, scheduling and planning travel and meetings for eight members of the leadership team

-As part of a team of three, I raised $880,000 in ten months – exceeded goal with largest total in organization’s 40-year history-Produced 30 events, including annual gala for 200 patrons and guests-Coordinated with Trustees and Development Committee on special projects and highly sensitive matters

-Produced over 50 San Francisco Ballet events annually, from intimate dinners to 3,000-person galas-Prepared and monitored profit and loss statements used by the Special Events Manager and Director of Development-Supervised production of all event-related print and marketing materials working with external vendors and marketing team
