At the start of the Fall 2022 semester, I launched the national organization, The Women's Network, on the University of Tampa's campus. Appointed to President shortly after, I oversaw events, meetings, engagement, and involvement for members. Some popular events the national organization holds are mocktail events, speaker series, and more. Under my leadership, TWN grew on Tampa’s campus from just myself, to over 180 registered members.

As a trainer in the Admissions Office, I assisted with training and certifying incoming new hires within the office, as well as help around with higher-up tasks. I also helped Admissions Counselors plan and execute large events, such as Open Houses and Admitted Student Days. In March of 2023, I traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, to speak on behalf of the university to admitted students. This past February, I traveled on our longest trip, ‘Six City’, where myself and my fellow coworkers travel via bus to six cities in the north east, speaking to admitted students of the university.

To market this opening, I posted 3 advertised Instagram posts to my personal Instagram account and hosted 2 on-campus catered events with organizations I am involved in. In my free time, I passed out coupon cards around campus to students, to market SG through word of mouth.

University Of Tampa, Delta Beta Chapter

As VP of Philanthropy, I held various events for the chapter and FSL community at the University of Tampa, while raising money for Delta Zeta's philanthropy, Hearing and Speech. These events raised money and awareness for different organizations such as Starkey Hearing Foundation, SeriousFun Children's Network, and the American Society for Deaf Children. Additionally, in this role, I kept track of members' service hours and work with the Service Chair to plan and coordinate service trips and bring forth volunteer opportunities.

As the Camp Aquatics Supervisor, I oversaw the Camp Wepawaug pool at the Woodruff Family YMCA. Each week I created the work schedule for the instructors and lifeguards working during camp hours. I supervised the group of swim instructors and helped guide them as they gave swim lessons to the campers during the week. This is structured and tracked each week, so paperwork is completed with each individual camper. Together, I, my counterpart supervisor, the instructors, and other lifeguards in the pool, worked together to handle accident and incident reports as well.
