In my day to day, I professionally communicated directly with customers in regards to membership changes, class updates, general check-ins, and upcoming events. For the office, I managed all back end paperwork, including new member gifts and grab bags. I was also in charge of ordering all office supplies, including items needed for events. I managed the retail section for the business as well. I was responsible for all sales, inventory, and re-ordering.

I was a lead server at the Wheelhouse, which is a restaurant located on the Coast Guard base in Portsmouth, VA. While there, I also assisted with setting up a new POS system and trained new employees. Some responsibilities included:-serving patrons- preparing dining area for meals- balancing the till and depositing the money at the bank - cleaning
