With a diverse experience in sales, procurement, and brand management, I am currently a Business Development Executive at Education+: an opportunity hub for youth in Bulgaria. In this role, I am responsible for the development and execution of sales objectives, strategies, and results, while establishing business relationships with current and potential clients. As a recent graduate at the American University in Bulgaria, I am deeply committed to connecting with young people and empowering them. As part of my role, I strive to bridge the gap between companies and Gen Z by helping companies understand the nature of my generation. I started my professional journey in the corporate world and I have been gaining valuable experience across different industries: from customer support services and sales to procurement, political science internships, and my current role in brand management, each step has contributed to my comprehensive skill set. Throughout this journey, I have discovered my passion for innovation and empowering young people. Over the past four years, I've identified a significant gap between companies and Gen Z, and I am determined to close it. My goal is to empower and support the younger generation, convey their messages, and bridge the understanding gap between companies and the Gen Z.Recognizing the numerous opportunities available for youth in Bulgaria, I am devoted to uncovering these possibilities and cultivating a better understanding between young talents and companies.
