Marjie Terry is an executive coach who works with clients to identify and engage their core values to live their personal and professional life in the fullest, most satisfying way.Marjie guides and supports clients as they unlock ideas, clarify, rearrange, plan, revise, and basically do whatever combination of things necessary to help them figure out how to create and sustain the future they want. Marjie also specializes in professional presence training. In this capacity, Marjie coaches her clients to help them make their greatest impact in every situation (conversation, presentation, meeting, networking event, etc.). Public speaking can be painful. Marjie makes it fun!Prior to starting her coaching business, Marjie spent six years as VP of Leadership Development at communication training and leadership development firm Great on the Job. Marjie has extensive experience as an educator, social worker, and workplace diversity specialist. She spent over 15 years managing program development and delivery in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.Marjie worked at Goldman Sachs as a graduate and undergraduate recruiter and diversity specialist. She focused on recruiting, training, promotion and retention efforts to increase diversity at all levels of the firm. Marjie also served as the Program Coordinator for Freedom Institute in New York City, leading health and wellness workshops, as well as coordinating programming with over sixty independent schools in New York City.Marjie holds a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and received her B.S. from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
