Including CET, bogie drop, jacking facilities, gantry and hoist lifting equipment for maintaining high level equipment of trains, new independent bogie storage facility.

CRE for the new MDU at Holbeck for Network Rail. Also response for refurbishment works of Hull CAT A prison for Galliford Try.

CRE for Norwich Crown Point depot and lead designer organisation for delivery of refurbishment and reworks of existing train maintenance depot (TMD) to accept new fleet of Stadler trains.

Undertook position on the basis of technical knowledge, to advise and ensure all designs by non UK design associate complies with UK regulation / legislation etc. Projects included Churches, Sustainable Dive Centre, Schools, Children Centres, Clasp alteration, Medical Centres, Retail Developments and internal bar fit out, up to £ 4 million, through all RIBA work stages on traditional and D&B JCT contracts.

Responsible for detailing of construction work packages and coordination of Structural Eng. design for retail project in the centre of Sheffield. Included retention of a Grade 2 listed facade and new rear construction on Fargate Sheffield.

After a 2 year duration worked for HNA I moved to BMBC Architecture department. Whilst employed the primary task and specialisum was education buildings. I.e delivering children centres, City Learning Centres and Primary / Secondary schools from design / concept throught to construction and Practical completition.

Started with Hall Needham Associates (HNA) on the basis of Commercial design. Whilst employed many design competitions where won and executed through to on site implementation.
