We live in an evolving world driven by technology and the Tech Talent market is very challenging and competitive, so I incorporate the lessons learned from sports to rise and grind as a Nike Relationship Manager for a multimillion-dollar, award-winning professional staffing and consulting firm. My role is to partner with decision makers and key influencers to find the right candidate for critical technical roles, understanding that culture fit is essential to function within the team environment. I am excited for the opportunity to work with such a unique and innovative company like Nike again. Throughout my career, my people first approach and focus on relationships, connecting with my clients to better understand how their processes, strategic goals and culture has allowed me to be successful in identifying and providing solutions and build trust. I excited by this opportunity, challenge and the dedication it will take to uphold the standard set by the amazing team I work with. Outside of work, I am usually going to the gym then coming home and getting something on the grill. (love Steak and anything I can grill) I am passionate about golfing and sports, My dream came true when I was able to get my 1st job at the Nike Employee Store back in 1996, All I wanted to do was play ball and learn from all of those passionate, amazing people I worked with and it changed my life forever. My team is the Oregon Ducks. If the weather is nice out, you can find me on the golf course or driving range. I love the outdoors and Bend or the coast is where I can be found during the summer. I love to read, Malcolm Gladwell is my favorite author, ‘The Tipping Point' was the 1st book of his that I read (Tiger 2005 Master’s Win- It was the theme of the Nike Golf Sales Meeting).
