Leadership Responsibility - From 2002 through to the present have held multiple positions ranging from Architect to Vice President leading Technology Risk, Operations, Engineering, Development, and Application Support Teams of up to 149 people at locations across the globe.Vice President of Technology Risk – 2nd Line of Defense• Accountable For – Regulatory reporting and interaction. Technology and Cybersecurity risk standards and methodologies. KRI and KPI creation and monitoring. Technology risk management, Cybersecurity risk management, control testing, Automated continuous control testing, Risk assessments, Risk scoring, exception management, RCSA, Risk data analytics, advanced ML incident to Risk control matching.• Regulatory and Audit – Responsible for reporting, responses, and interaction with the FBA/FFIEC, Bank of England, Reserve Bank of India, as well as other global regulators, auditors, and risk committees.• Analytics - Led the design and implementation of the Risk data analytics platform comprised of over 3B records executing 500 automated control tests tied directly to RCSA controls and serving users across 9 separate Risk domains. Implemented advances such as continuous automated control testing and risk event identification and analysis.Technology Senior Director – 1st Line of Defense• Accountable For – Technology estimation, budgeting, and forecasting. Vendor agreement and purchase management and negotiations. SLA and OLA management. Application development, application support, deployment, and testing. Infrastructure deployment, infrastructure support, deployment and testing. Application and infrastructure engineering design and standards. Audit compliance and response. Technology program and project management.• Budget - Led technology budgeting efforts responsible for less than 1-3% variance yearly. Provided detailed cost models and bid responses for activities in Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, China, and the US.
