Current Providing Senior EH&S/CIH and radiation evaluation and consulting services for premier clients such as the Washington DC government, Prominent DC Universities including updating Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plan, providing indoor environmental complaints investigations, and Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) evaluations and consulting for multiple building types, locations, and activities. In addition, provided similar services for Washington, DC federal services including Department of General Services (DGS), Department of Capital Projects (DCP), Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS), DC Public School (DCPS), Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and DC Administrative Groups including the Office of the Mayor. Corina Virus/Pathogen Subject Matter Expert (SME) and sole industrial hygiene, EH&S consultant for Washington DC government. Provided programs, site, location and activity specific health and safety plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and miscellaneous protocols for workers protection from pathogen exposure. Examples of SOPs include sanitizing procedures, social interaction procedures, pathogen personal protective procedures, etc. SME on ventilation, HVAC systems as they relate to healthy IAQ and potential pathogen reduction or mitigation. Provided SME evaluations of prospective sanitizing equipment both portable and/or system installation. Organized and provided an emergency research project regarding the public’s concern for lead contamination within children’s playgrounds including Poured-in-Place (PIP) rubber surfaces. Conducted comprehensive study of over 300 playgrounds and produced a report of over 2700 pages. Provided multiple administrative, public and community presentations of the process, results of the process, and the risk assessment to the public and the children.
