• Spearheaded global efforts to resolve technical issues on a new server platform, engaging with stakeholders on internal and vendor teams across four time zones, resulting in anticipated sales of $15M.
• Championed post-sales customer issue resolution, including a multi-vendor investigation onsite at a customer data center, resulting in improved goodwill and saving $27M in orders.
• Increased return on investment (ROI) by prioritizing resource allocation of limited personnel and hardware through collaboration with executive sales and customer teams while meeting scheduling and budget goals.

• I drove a worldwide, multi-company, multi-functional team through multiple end-to-end software development cycles, from documenting requirements and engineering qualification to launch and post-sales support. I.
• Instituted new processes for vendor management when using vendor developed firmware (vs in-house development), successfully delivering portfolio in time for critical server launch.
• Enabled over $30M in sales as Subject Matter Expert (SME) through delivery of bug fixes and new features via collaboration with partner and internal teams, while repairing trust with customer meetings and status updates.
• Increased team efficiency by coaching majority of peers and two new managers on best practices and technical details, including advising on initial phases of onboarding a second controller vendor.

• I acted as a liaison between the Engineering Development teams and Program Management. This was the beginning of my journey to becoming a Technical Program Manager myself.
• Prioritized new features and bug fixes to align with release schedules while collaborating with a cross-organizational team of Program Management, Product Development, and firmware and test engineers.
• Produced both scheduled and out-of-cycle (customer-requested) software and firmware versions across multiple generations of RAID controllers spanning more than 9 years.
• Integrated monthly vendor code releases, reviewed thousands of version control system code check-ins for more than 4 internal codebases in order to maintain quality, and crafted customer facing documentation.

I produced embedded firmware for multiple generations of enterprise RAID controllers, including contributing to the (at the time) cutting edge technology transition from the SCSI architecture to SAS and SATA. I also acted as the Technical Lead for the max-performance controller of one of the later generations during my tenure in this position.
