Managed over 20 testers and 3 leads in simulation-based unit testing avionics software to DO-178B standards. Technical and administrative roles included:Testing, debugging, reviewing tests for CF34, T700, TP400, rCIP, and GEnx programs;Recruiting team members, assigning roles, program management, and personnel supervision.Significant accomplishments:SlickEdit presentation adopted by J.C. as licensed tool (presented to BAE S/W Leads). Test time reduced by at least 25% following introduction of SlickEdit to the ENSCO Unit Test department. Created a Unit Test knowledgebase to reduce training time;

V&V of ADSP software for Goodrich Aerospace, creating test procedures, scripts, and performing code reviews;Automated the TI Structural Analysis tool with a custom spreadsheet macro, which was pivotal in achieving DO-178B Level-A compliance of source-to-object analysis;Assisted in preparation of a Scope of Work (SOW) for Goodrich Aerospace, including analyzing test requirements, initial test modeling in C++, and travel to customer's site.

Developed built-in diagnostics (BIT) for LAMPS VCM2; co-developed BIT for LAMPS GP-103.Authored a White Paper on Configuration Management Conversion and Implementation for the A10 program;Performed testability analysis on the ACS Antenna Steering Module (GSTAR program).

Lead of enhancement and integration projects for the company's main product line of component placement machines. Analyzed and managed requirements, created specifications, interfaced with customers/vendors, managed resources, developed software, and performed system integration and testing.Implemented software development and diagnostic tools; trained 40+ software engineers. Project Director of a machine diagnostics utility, which decreased machine downtime and increased troubleshooting capabilities;One of two software leads selected to evaluate requirements management tools (DOORS and ReqPro). Lead of the initial implementation of SQL server and first migration into the ReqPro database.

Responsibilities included customer interface, requirements generation, embedded software design and development, system integration, support and maintenance.
