Perform quality control duties including In-house auditing of labs and general facility, product sampling and product complaint processing. Implementation and/or approval of documentation, including company SOP's, work orders, Change Controls, and miscellaneous forms.Supervision of QS technicians.

Negotiate for high quality goods and services at lowest possible cost and develop methods to meet production objectives. Maintain proper inventory levels using GAAP, supplier debit/credit reconciliations, SAP software, and self developed inventory coverage/forecasting tools. Coordinate production non routine problem-solving requests requiring vendor.

• Review of batch documentation to ensure satisfactory completion in accordance with quality system requirements.
• Review of all pertinent information as part of the product release process, assessment of 'fit-for-purpose’ for each primary container and approval of individual batches for release to market.
• Investigation of product related issues that may impact upon the release process, to ensure product are compliant with specifications and are released expeditiously.Secure filing of validation reports, complaints.
