Approved annual technical review validation for spares life-cycle cost planning of 16 air frames.Air Force lead for Office of the Secretary of Defense efficiency initiative for Strategic Network Optimization. Worked with the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Transportation Command and all Service components to restructure a more responsive network that leveraged all service agencies distribution capabilities. Project is projected to save $175M over the next 5 years. Routinely briefed Air Force Director of Logistics on status.Functional advocate for the AF Weapons System Management Information System (WSMIS). Coordinated annual budget forecast and prioritized contracted IT system upgrades. Also, worked through the contracting process to implement system upgrades to ensure no degradation to Airmen on the ground.
